The golf season is upon us. New clubs and gear are dropping regularly and the world of golf is abuzz. Now is a great time to get your swing ready for the upcoming season. Check out these 4 tips to make sure you’re at the top of your game before the first round!
Take it slow:
After the long winter break, your swing might be a little rusty. It’s important to ease into it. Don’t go straight for your full swing until you’ve had time to properly stretch and warm up. Start with putting and chipping and work your way up to a full swing.
Practice indoors:
Now is a great time to make adjustments to your grip or swing. If space allows, work on your game indoors until the weather warms up. Set up a portable hitting net or a putting green and practice, practice, practice! If you feel like getting out of the house, book a time to play on our new simulator!
Get your gear ready:
If your clubs have seen better days, now is a great time to invest in a properly fitted set that matches your skill level. If you don’t need new clubs, you should consider getting new grips. Your grips are the only part of the club you touch, and their condition has a huge impact on your grip and swing.
Take a lesson:
